With an MBA from North Carolina State University and a forthcoming J.D. from North Carolina Central University, Aimée has spent her career leading high-stakes projects, navigating complex contracts, and aligning diverse stakeholder interests across healthcare, government, and technology industries.

Her ability to mediate disputes, balance competing priorities, and bring clarity to chaotic situations has been a hallmark of her leadership. Whether managing multimillion-dollar programs, guiding professional services teams, or improving operational efficiency, she excels at fostering collaboration and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.

As an entrepreneur, Aimée built and managed a successful photography business, honing her skills in client relations and strategic communication. A natural mediator, she thrives in roles where she can bridge gaps, resolve conflicts, and facilitate meaningful solutions.

On the more personal side, Aimée is a southern transplant with a bit of the accent, married to her high school sweetheart, and together, they’ve produced three native North Carolinians, two of whom share the same DNA.
